Rachel, Day by Day
It was Ray’s birthday this past Thursday, so we had a cake ready for him on Saturday! Sydney and I wrote the frosting letters. I think they turned out pretty well. We spent time with my family on Saturday and it was a lot of fun. We went out to dinner, had drinks, and played games. I miss game nights with my family! I gave Ray his birthday present over the weekend, which was a Chicago Cubs Journal. It gives an overview of every Chicago Cubs season up until 2008. It’s pretty cool! I hope he likes it. By the way, I know there are only 5 candles on the cake, but it would be hard to fit 27!
Would you rather go bungee jumping or skydiving? I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’d rather go skydiving. It would be an awesome, yet terrifying experience. I think I’d also choose skydiving because someone goes with you during your first time. At least someone else could pull the cord for the parachute!

I would totally rather go bunjee jumping…at least at the beginning you’re already attached to something, as opposed to hoping that the thing you’re pulling the string for comes out!!!
True, but whenever I see bungee jumping on TV, it always looks like the cord is going to snap! And that scares me!
